Ingredients
- 1 bag cut or chopped broccoli
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (do not dilute)
- 2 c. instant rice
- 2 c. water
- 1 stick butter, cut up
- 1 lb. Velveeta
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Bake in a 13 x 9-inch casserole, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Great dish for large gathering.
