Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 jar process cheese spread
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 c. cooked rice
Method
- In a large skillet saute onion, celery and broccoli in margarine for 3 minutes.
- Stir in cheese, soup and milk, stirring until smooth.
- Place rice in a greased baking dish. Pour cheese-vegetable mix over top of rice.
- Do not mix or stir.
- Bake at 325° for 25 to 35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
