Ingredients
- 5 1/2 cups broccoli
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons Ilha cheese or similar, grated
- salt
- ground black pepper
Method
- Boil the broccoli in salted water, drain, and grind with the hand blender.
- Put the puree in a saucepan on low heat, mix in the butter and the cheese.
- Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Use as a side dish.
