Ingredients
- 1/2 small bunch broccoli
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- pinch of garlic powder
- 1 c. flour (I use whole wheat)
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Trim broccoli; pare stems.
- Cut flowerets into 1-inch pieces and stems into 1/4-inch slices.
- (You should have about 2 cups.) Cook, covered, in boiling water until tender.
- Mash or chop finely.
