Ingredients
- 3/4 c. diced onion
- 6 c. water
- 6 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
- 6 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
- 8 to 16 oz. cheese
Method
- Brown onion in oil.
- Add water and bouillon cubes.
- Bring to boil.
- Add noodles.
- Cook until noodles are soft (10 minutes). Add broccoli and cook for 5 minutes more.
- Add milk.
- After milk mixture is heated through, add cheese.
- Stir gently until cheese is melted.
