Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. diced onion
  • 6 c. water
  • 6 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 6 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
  • 8 to 16 oz. cheese

Method

  • Brown onion in oil.
  • Add water and bouillon cubes.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Add noodles.
  • Cook until noodles are soft (10 minutes). Add broccoli and cook for 5 minutes more.
  • Add milk.
  • After milk mixture is heated through, add cheese.
  • Stir gently until cheese is melted.
