Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil or possibly extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 c. Cooked and peeled popcorn shrimp
  • 1 c. Minced sea clams, liquid removed well
  • 2 tsp Fresh minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Clam base
  • 1/3 c. Flour
  • 2 1/2 c. Grnd broccoli including stock and florets
  • 1 quart Whole lowfat milk (with vitamin D)
  • 1 c. Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry dill
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry basil
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Grnd white pepper (or possibly to taste)

Method

  • Mix and saute/fry the following 6 ingredients, 5 - 10 min:
  • Then add in 1/3 c. all-purpose flour and brown about 5 min over medium heat.
