Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and boned
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
  • 1/2 c. toasted bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. butter or margarine

Method

  • Cook broccoli; drain.
  • Arrange in a greased baking dish.
  • Place chicken on top.
  • Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder.
  • Pour over chicken and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Combine bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
