Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 (300 g) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and all the moisture taken out
  • 2 green onions

Method

  • Whisk together eggs and milk in a bowl.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
  • Stir into egg mixture.
  • Fold in cheese, broccoli and onions.
  • Pour into well greased 9x13 pan.
  • Bake in 350 oven for 35 minutes, until set and golden.
