Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 c. milk
- 2 c. grated Colby or Cheddar cheese
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Method
- Saute onions in butter.
- Add flour, salt and pepper to butter. Stir until bubbly.
- Add milk gradually to dissolve flour mixture. Separately cook broccoli in chicken bouillon seasoned water. Blend this mixture with cheese mixture.
