- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 3/4 c. chopped onions
- 4 c. water
- 6 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. fine noodles
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped and thawed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 c. milk
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- pepper to taste
Method
- Saute onions in margarine.
- Add water and bouillon cubes; bring to a boil.
- Add noodles and salt; bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes.
- Stir in broccoli and garlic powder; cook 4 minutes.
- Add milk and heat on low until hot.
- Add cheese and heat on low until cheese is melted.
- Gets better after reheating.
