Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 3/4 c. chopped onions
  • 4 c. water
  • 6 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. fine noodles
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped and thawed
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • pepper to taste

Method

  • Saute onions in margarine.
  • Add water and bouillon cubes; bring to a boil.
  • Add noodles and salt; bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes.
  • Stir in broccoli and garlic powder; cook 4 minutes.
  • Add milk and heat on low until hot.
  • Add cheese and heat on low until cheese is melted.
  • Gets better after reheating.
