Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 lb. American cheese
  • 1 pkg. stuffing mix
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Make stuffing as directed on package.
  • Add celery and onion. Melt margarine.
  • Add flour and milk, cooking until thickened. Stir in cheese.
  • Add creamed corn and broccoli.
  • Butter a casserole dish.
  • Layer the stuffing, broccoli and cheese mix. Repeat until all used.
  • Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  • Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
