Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
  • 2 cans chicken soup
  • 2 c. boiled chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Method

  • Melt butter and pour over bread crumbs.
  • Cook chicken soup, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice until mixed.
  • Cook chicken breasts and broccoli (drain).
  • Put in bottom of casserole dish.
  • Pour mixture over chicken breasts and broccoli.
  • Put bread crumbs and butter on top.
  • Put in 350° preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until lightly brown.
