Ingredients
- 1 medium bunch broccoli
- 4 c. shell pasta
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. heavy cream
- 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- salt to taste
Method
- Cut broccoli into pieces.
- Should have about 4 cups.
- Bring salted water to a boil.
- Add pasta to water.
- Cook about 3 minutes. Add broccoli and boil about 8 minutes or until tender.
- Drain and add butter and cream and toss.
- Add cheese and salt, if needed.
