Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked Minute rice
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 jar Cheez Whiz
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. diced celery

Method

  • Thaw frozen broccoli according to directions on package. Mix soup and milk together. Add all ingredients to thawed broccoli. Lightly mix and pour into a 2 1/2 or 3-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Mixture bubbles up as it is baking. Make sure dish is large enough.
