Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Broccoli
  • 100 grams to 150 grams Prawns (Peeled, frozen)
  • 1 Olive oil
  • 1 Red chilli pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 2 clove Garlic

Method

  • Cut the broccoli into small pieces and boil or microwave.
  • Mince the garlic.
  • Fry in a pan with a generous amount of olive oil and add the red chili pepper.
  • *Cook over low heat until almost browned.
  • Add the prawns and when thoroughly cooked, add the salt and pepper.
  • *It will be tossed with broccoli later so flavour it more the usual.
  • Put the prawns and olive oil in a bowl with the broccoli and toss.
  • Chill in the fridge.
