Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dried apricots
- peach or apricot brandy
- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 (14 oz.) Brie round
Method
- Chop apricots and soak overnight in brandy.
- Blend butter and cream cheese in mixer.
- Fold in apricots and walnuts.
- Cut Brie hamburger-style.
- Remove rind off top and sides; leave on bottom. Spread mixture on bottom half and place top of Brie on filling. Coat top and sides with remaining mixture.
- Garnish with 2 apricot halves and 2 walnut halves.
- This will keep a long time in the refrigerator.
