Ingredients

  • 1 packages Bacon
  • 1 Salt to taste
  • 1 Crushed Red Pepper to taste
  • 2 lb Kale
  • 2 Bouillon Chicken Cubes or Two tablespoons of Bouillon Chicken Seasoning.
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Method

  • Wash Kale.
  • Place all Bacon in a pot.
  • Fry the Bacon.
  • (Don't drain the bacon fat.)
  • After Bacon is fried.
  • Pour in water.
  • Slowly add Kale and Bouillon cubes.
  • (A few Kale at a time letting it cook down a little before adding more.)
  • Add your Salt and Red Pepper.
  • Let all ingredients simmer for 10 minutes or until greens are at your desired taste.
  • Enjoy
