Ingredients
- 1 packages Bacon
- 1 Salt to taste
- 1 Crushed Red Pepper to taste
- 2 lb Kale
- 2 Bouillon Chicken Cubes or Two tablespoons of Bouillon Chicken Seasoning.
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Method
- Wash Kale.
- Place all Bacon in a pot.
- Fry the Bacon.
- (Don't drain the bacon fat.)
- After Bacon is fried.
- Pour in water.
- Slowly add Kale and Bouillon cubes.
- (A few Kale at a time letting it cook down a little before adding more.)
- Add your Salt and Red Pepper.
- Let all ingredients simmer for 10 minutes or until greens are at your desired taste.
