Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
- 1 pkg. frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cook sausage until brown; drain.
- Separate crescent roll dough into 8-inch triangles.
- Place on a 12-inch pizza pan.
- Press over bottom and up sides of pan.
- Spoon sausage over crust; sprinkle with potatoes.
- Top with Cheddar cheese.
