Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 5 large eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Crumble sausage into a large skillet. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, breaking up clumps, until cooked through and lightly browned.
- Remove from skillet and drain.
- Spoon into 10-inch pie pan. Top with hash browns and Cheddar cheese.
- Beat eggs with milk and pepper.
- Pour over hash browns and cheese.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes until slightly puffed and a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Makes 6 servings.
