Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage, browned
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
Method
- Butter casserole dish.
- Layer bread, sausage and cheese.
- Mix beaten eggs, mustard, milk and salt.
- Pour over sausage mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake for 1 hour at 325°.
