Ingredients
- 8 to 10 eggs
- 1 c. wine
- 2 1/2 c. Cheddar
- 1 c. ground meat
- 3 to 4 c. croutons (any flavor)
- 1 Tbsp. minced onions
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
Method
- Brown ground meat and drain.
- Beat eggs separately.
- Add all ingredients together in bowl.
- Spray casserole dish, 9 x 14-inch, with Pam and pour in dish.
- Cover with foil.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350° to 375° for 3/4 to 1 hour, until brown.
