Method

  • TEMPERATURE: 375 F. GRIDDLE

  • RECONSTITUE Lowfat milk; Add in Large eggs.

  • DIP LIVER IN Lowfat milk, AND EGG Mix.
  • DRAIN
  • 3.
  • DREDGE LIVER IN Mix OF CRUMBS, FLOUR, SALT, AND PEPPER; SHAKE OFF EXCESS.

  • BROWN SLICES ON WELL GREASED GRIDDLE ABOUT 5 Min PER SIDE.
