Ingredients
- 2 qt. sliced cucumbers
- 6 onions, sliced
- 2 red peppers, chopped
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1/2 c. salt
Method
- Combine cucumbers, salt and onion and let stand 3 hours. Drain and rinse with cold water. Add other ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Place in hot jars and seal.
