Ingredients
- 1 cake yeast
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 6 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp. salt
Method
- Dissolve yeast in water. Add honey and oil.
- Blend flour and salt. Add to liquid mixture. Knead a few minutes and cover.
- Allow to rise until double in size.
- Punch down and place into oiled loaf pans.
- Let rise again. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
