Ingredients
- 3 (15 oz.) can navy beans, undrained
- 1 onion, sliced
- 5 Tbsp. molasses
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Mix molasses, pepper and dry mustard; pour over beans, liquid and onion.
- Cover and bake at 300° for 45 minutes and then remove cover and continue baking until most of liquid is absorbed, approximately 20 minutes.
- Makes 6 servings.
