Ingredients
- 6 lb. boneless pork spareribs
- 1 c. honey
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. minced garlic
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- juice from pineapple
- 2 cans tomato sauce
Method
- In bowl, mix together all ingredients, except ribs.
- Place ribs in large pan and pour mixture over meat.
- Cover and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours, turning several times.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°, then uncover and continue to cook, while basting, until ribs are tender (1 hour more).
