Ingredients
- 2 pounds peeled and deveined jumbo or possibly large shrimp
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 well beaten Large eggs,
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking pwdr

Method
- Note: since the sauce is giving the unique taste of fresh peppers, don't substitute the brand of sauce.
- however if you are in hurry you can substitute the shrimp with store bought pre-battered frzn shrimp.
- Sprinkle shrimp with 1 1/2 tsp.
- salt; let stand at room temperature for 12 min.
- Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk, cornmeal, flour, baking pwdr in mixing bowl; mix till smooth.
