Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 seedless (aka English) cucumber
  • 1 pound 90 percent lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 4 wheat or whole-grain sandwich flatbread rounds

Method

  • Preheat grill to medium-high. Combine yogurt and cucumber; refrigerate until ready to serve. In a bowl, combine beef, onion, mint and cumin. Mix well and shape into four patties. Grill 6 to 8 minutes, turning once. Place on flatbread and top with cucumber-yogurt sauce.
