Ingredients

  • 1 large head Boc Choy
  • 1 head nappa cabbage
  • 2 green scallion onions
  • 2 packages Ramen Noodles
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 small package slivered almonds (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup vinegar, 1 cup oil, 2 Tbl . soy sauce, 1/2 cup sugar (for the sauce)

Method

  • Slice & mix Boc Choy, cabbage, & onions. Chill.
  • Brake Ramen Noodles into small pieces and saute with sesame seeds & almonds in melted butter until lightly browned. Cool to room temp & set aside.
  • Mix the vinegar, oil, soy sauce, & sugar together in a shaker bottle to make the dressing.
  • Pour dressing & noodle mixture on Boc Choy mixture right before serving. (Do NOT mix ahead to avoid noodles becoming soggy)
