Ingredients
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips
- 4 Tbsp. heavy cream *
- 4 egg yolks (one at a time)
- 4 egg whites, beaten stiff (add some sugar to sweeten; optional)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 baked (8-inch) pie shell
- whipped cream for garnish
Method
- *Buy 1/2 pint whipping cream.
- Use 4 tablespoons for filling and the rest for topping.
