Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. nonfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Method
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Stir until well blended.
- Knead dough 2 minutes on a floured surface using a floured rolling pin.
- Roll dough out 1/4-inch thick.
- Cut out with cookie cutter.
- Bake 30 minutes on ungreased baking sheet.
- Cool on wire rack.
