Ingredients
- 2 packages Microwave Popcorn (3.3 Oz)
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1/4 cups Light Corn Syrup
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
Method
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
- Pop the bags of popcorn and place the popped corn in a large mixing bowl and remove all unpopped kernels.
- In a medium saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 4-5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla. Stir until combined then pour over popped popcorn. Stir until all popcorn is coated then transfer onto a large GREASED rimmed cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool. Break into pieces.
