Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. mixed fruit gelatin
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (15 oz.) can blueberries
  • 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • Drain blueberries and pineapple, saving liquid.
  • Add enough water to make one cup liquid and add to gelatin mixture.
  • Stir in drained blueberries and pineapple.
  • Pour into 2-quart flat pan.
  • Cover and refrigerate until firm.
