- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. mixed fruit gelatin
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (15 oz.) can blueberries
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Drain blueberries and pineapple, saving liquid.
- Add enough water to make one cup liquid and add to gelatin mixture.
- Stir in drained blueberries and pineapple.
- Pour into 2-quart flat pan.
- Cover and refrigerate until firm.
