Ingredients
- 4 c. cornflakes, crushed to make 1 c.
- 6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 30 large marshmallows
- 1 (8 oz.) can drained pineapple, reserve liquid
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
- 1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling
Method
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Toast cornflake crumbs in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish for 8 to 10 minutes.
