Ingredients
- 1 box 4x sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
- 2 c. blueberries
- almost 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 heaping tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 pie shells, baked
Method
- Cook together blueberries, 1/2 cup sugar, water and cornstarch about 2 minutes or until thickened.
- Whip the cream cheese (room temperature) and 4x sugar, then mix in Cool Whip.
- Pour into pie shells and top with blueberry mixture.
- Makes 2 pies.
