Ingredients
- 1 12 cups brown rice flour
- 12 cup sugar
- 2 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 14 teaspoon sea salt
- 14 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 13 cup milk
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cups blueberries
Method
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add melted butter with electric mixer.
- Add eggs.
- Add milk.
- Add baking soda and lemon juice.
- Stir in blueberries.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 16-17 minutes.
