Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. oil (vegetable)
- 6 oz. plain yogurt or 2/3 c. milk
- 3/4 c. blueberries
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Slightly beat eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix Bisquick, sugar, oil and yogurt in a mixing bowl; stir. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full (muffin cups should be lined or lightly greased).
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
