Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
Method
- Crust:
- Mix
- flour, margarine and pecans until crumbly. Pack into
- a 10 x 6-inch glass dish.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350°; let cool completely.
