Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- salt and pepper
Method
- Brown ground chuck and onion; drain; return to skillet. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Serve on toasted buns.
