- 1 qt. light mayonnaise
- 3 oz. lemon juice
- 3 oz. hot water
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 1 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 lb. Blue cheese
Method
- Combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly.
- Add crumbled Blue cheese and let sit refrigerated overnight before serving. Keeps well for 3 weeks.
