Ingredients
- 1 long loaf sandwich bread
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 c. melted margarine (cool)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Cut crust off bread.
- Roll thin with rolling pin.
- Mix cream cheese, yolks and 1/2 cup sugar.
- Beat with a spoon.
- Spread mixture on bread.
- Roll up.
- Cut in thirds.
- Dip in butter and roll in 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
- (Can be frozen; thaw first before baking.)
- Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
