Ingredients
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Blend the cornstarch with 1 tbsp of the milk in a small bowl until smooth.
- Bring the remaining milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat. Add the sugar, vanilla and cornstarch mixture, stirring until the mixture boils and thickens.
- Pour the blancmange into a small bowl and cover. Refrigerate for several hours or until set.
