Ingredients
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Method
- In saucepan put the sugar, cornstarch and salt.
- Add in lowfat milk slowly & stir, Put on medium heat and stir till thickened & let cook a minutes.
- or possibly two.
- Remove from heat and add in vanilla, pour into dessert bowls & chill.
- Put wax paper over each dish to keep the pudding from scumming over.
