Ingredients
- 1 qt. blackberries
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 to 1 stick butter
Method
- Barely cover blackberries with water and bring to a boil.
- Mix flour and sugar together and put in blackberries.
- Bring to a boil again.
- Add butter.
- Let cool before pouring in pie crust.
- Put top pie crust on and sprinkle with sugar and melted butter.
- Bake at 425° for 45 minutes.
