Ingredients
- 12 cup mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 8 slices pumpernickel bread
- 14 cup olive oil
- 8 ounces black forest ham
- 1 cup lettuce leaf
- 4 ounces cracked pepper brie cheese
Method
- In small bowl, combine mustard, parsley and lemon zest.
- Brush one side of each slice of bread with olive oil.
- Place oiled side down on work surface.
- Top 4 slices with ham, lettuce and Brie.
- Cover with remaining slices.
- Grill 3-4 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
