Ingredients
- 1 (9 to 10-inch) baked pastry shell
- 4 (4 oz.) bars Hershey's unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 1/2 c. whipped cream
- 1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Method
- Melt chocolate in condensed milk in heavy saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in almond extract. Pour into large bowl.
- Cool or chill.
- Beat until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream and pour into pastry shell.
- Chill 4
- hours or until set.
