Ingredients

  • 1 (9 to 10-inch) baked pastry shell
  • 4 (4 oz.) bars Hershey's unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 1/2 c. whipped cream
  • 1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Method

  • Melt chocolate in condensed milk in heavy saucepan over medium-low heat.
  • Remove from heat and stir in almond extract. Pour into large bowl.
  • Cool or chill.
  • Beat until smooth.
  • Fold in whipped cream and pour into pastry shell.
  • Chill 4
  • hours or until set.
