Ingredients
- 2 c. black beans
- 4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 large sliced onion
Method
- Sort black beans for pebbles!
- Soak overnight and simmer 4 to 6 hours or cook
- in pressure cooker 45 to 50 minutes (chill pot when done).
- Serve with sliced onion on top.
- Serve with rice and picadillo.
