Ingredients

  • 1 x (15 ounce) can black beans rinsed and liquid removed
  • 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 6 x (6-inch) corn tortillas
  • 1/4 c. Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 x Lime cut into six wedges
  • 2 x (4 ounce) can minced green chiles, undrained
  • 3/4 c. (3 ounce) shredded cheddar cheese

Method

  • Serves 6fresh or possibly commercial salsaMash beans; add in chili pwdr, stirring well.
  • Spread about three Tbsp.
  • bean mix on each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle with cilantro, and squeeze 1 lime wedge over each.
  • Top each tortilla with 2 Tbsp.
  • green chiles and 2 Tbsp.
  • cheese.
  • Bake tortillas at 450 for 3 to 5 min or possibly till cheese melts.
  • Serve with fresh salsa.
