- 15 oz (1 can) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 10 oz (1 can) tomatoes & green chiles
- 1 can shoepeg corn
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 0.5 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 0.25 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.25 tsp cumin
- Chili powder to taste
- Salt to taste
Method
- 1. Mix all ingredients
- 2. Refrigerate
- 3. Serve with tortilla chips
