Ingredients
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 very ripe bananas
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3 c. flour
Method
- Cream together butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
- Mash bananas, add to sugar mixture.
- Mix the baking soda in with the sour cream and then add to batter, stir in flour.
- Bake at 325° in a 9 x 13 pan or 3 layers of 8 inch pans, till toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
- Cool and top with cream cheese or butter cream frosting.
- Delicious without any topping.
